First of all, the phone was advertised as Fully Carrier Unlocked; it will not accept my SIM card, I've called my carrier and had them trouble shoot it for hours to no avail. The reason I selected "Defective" is because the battery is totally shot--in power saving mode it went from 100% to 1% overnight without any applications running and the display off. Very unsatisfied with this item, please issue me a complete refund.

Do not buy from this seller. I received what was suppose to be a new phone however when I got it in it will not stay turned on and had a green line straight down the screen. I contacted the seller and have been back and forth for a week trying to get a refund to purchase another phone. They offered me 15.00 for a phone that cost me over 200.00. Pictures below. If I could give them negative stars I would.
